Questions
Does it change my theme?
No. The countdown badge is an Online Store 2.0 app block you add yourself in the theme editor, and remove the same way. No theme files are modified and no script tags are injected.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Your shop record is deactivated immediately and all associated data is permanently purged after 7 days, per Shopify's data-retention requirement. Reinstalling inside that window restores your settings.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, from Settings → Downgrade to Free, at any time. Your batches stay readable; you simply stop being able to add new ones beyond the free limit.
Does it work for my product type?
It works for anything with a shelf life and a batch or lot number — cosmetics, food, beverage, supplements, pet food and natural health products are the common cases.
